Sonja and I got capsized by a friggin aquabus tonight. Stupid guy tried to zoom past us while we were doing a time trial. “But I honked!”
Bah!
Oh well, I spent the rest of the practice in Ben’s “small” clothes and clown shoes. The boat felt really good doing our new start and finish. 4 more practices to Kelowna! (Unless we really want to have a practice the night before the festival ;))

Should we seriously file a complaint w/ management? More to inform them of the incident and hopefully have the improve their training procedures than to actually bitch…

Yup, I sent off an email to the aquabus people. We’ll see what kind of response we get.

Turns out that there are 2 ferry companies: Aquabus and False Creek Ferries. The driver who swamped me was from False Creek Ferries so I just sent an email to them.
